Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.

This right applies to all consumer customers located in the countries served by the store, in France as in other European Union countries.

For the return to be accepted:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
  • The product must be in new condition to allow it to be put back on the market.
  • The purchase invoice must be attached to the package.

Shipping costs for returning your item are at the customer's expense. Electric scooters are bulky products that cannot be returned by ordinary post: before any shipment, contact customer service at contact@streetride.fr to obtain an estimate of the return cost from your country.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@streetride.fr with photos of the problem to facilitate processing. In this case, the return costs are not at your expense and customer service will arrange the handling with you.

For any request, write to us at contact@streetride.fr. After validation of the conformity of your request, the products must be returned to the following address:

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be made to your original payment method, at the latest within 14 days of the recovery of the item. The refund is made in the currency used at the time of the order. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may then vary depending on your bank.

Legal guarantees

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the applicable legal guarantees: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Their content and implementation methods are detailed in article 11 and annex 1 of the general terms and conditions of sale. These guarantees are exercised free of charge for the consumer.
