Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or an exchange, without having to give a reason.

This right applies to all consumer customers located in the countries served by the store, in France as in the other countries of the European Union. Customers in the United Kingdom and the United States benefit from StreetRide's commercial return policy on the same terms, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights applicable in their country or state of residence.

For a return to be accepted:

The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual).
The product must be in as-new condition so that it can be resold.
The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.

Electric scooters are bulky products that cannot be returned by ordinary post: before sending anything back, contact customer service at contact@streetride.fr for an estimate of the return cost from your country.

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a damaged parcel or a defective item, you may request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@streetride.fr, attaching photographs of the problem so we can process it quickly. In that case return costs are not payable by you, and customer service will arrange collection with you.

For any request, write to us at contact@streetride.fr. Once your request has been confirmed as eligible, the products must be returned to the following address:

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after the goods are recovered. Refunds are issued in the currency used for the order. How quickly the refund appears on your account then depends on your bank.

Statutory guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal, customers in France and the European Union benefit from the applicable statutory guarantees: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Their content and how to invoke them are set out in Article 11 and Annex 1 of the terms of sale. These guarantees are exercised at no cost to the consumer. Customers in the United Kingdom and the United States benefit from the consumer rights provided by the law applicable in their country or state of residence.
